Yes, many times — unfortunately, it’s worse today and I’m sure it’s because I agreed to write ten hours this week (with my critique partner doing the same), and so far I’m on hour 3 with little more to show for it than a jigger of editing and a kegger of bloggomania. Yeesh. Somebody stop me!

What do you write? Are you working on a novel, or are you into non-fiction? Perhaps short-stories and other musings are more to your liking.
Do you have a current long-term project?

I write romantic comedy, first and foremost, but the one book I wrote in that vein is in a cooling off period (read, I need space for objectivity in order to dive back into it hot and heavy and fix the characterization issue that at least one agent described as an “incredibly unlikeable” protag). But for now, I’m working on a new novel that is probably categorized as urban fantasy, maybe paranormal romance, some erotica. It’s fun, but something’s not happening for me. Not sure what it is.

This is fabulous. I’m not blocked, but have been down for a week with a cold and have only scribbled here and there…
It could be a block, the ideas that normally pour out of me seem to be taking a dew days off.
However, I think it might be the same one vexing you that is vexing me. He is a f*cker isn’t he?
